If you’re looking for a Sunday activity to plan with your family for Father’s Day, Lincoln Square also has you covered. Take everyone to celebrate the day at the American Folk Art Museum, on Broadway between 65th and 66th Streets, our free, local museum showcasing self-taught American artists. This week, a brand new exhibit opened titled Charting the Divine Plan: The Art of Orra White Hitchcock (1796-1863), which explores the confluence of art, love, science, and religion in the extraordinary art of Orra White Hitchcock, one of America’s first female scientific illustrators.
